Hello and Welcome to Calnet a multi repeater amateur radio system covering California and beyond .

A little about us:

The Calnet system consists of seventeen fulltime linked 440 MHz repeaters connecting San Diego to San Francisco and beyond.   The system is renowned  for crystal clear analog voice audio.   Whether a user is on your local repeater or several repeater hops away, everyone will sound like they are next door.  Calnet also has portals to our system via AllStar and DMR bridges.  These options help users extend access worldwide.    We currently offer three high level Southern California Digital linked C4FM repeaters.  These repeaters operate an open Yaesu Wires-X connection that is user controllable, and stand alone FM.

We are a non-profit 501(c)3   repeater group and invite all licensed amateur radio operators to use the  system.   Becoming a Calnet supporter is as simple as completing an application.
